Note : AndroStream is only for version 2.2 of android (froyo). People who have buyed "iStream" before the 17 june 2010 and would like to upgrade to AndroStream will be refunded via paypal of the AndroStream price, after they send me theire "iStream" google checkout date with name and address (as published on google checkout paiement ).
iStream is an application which consist of a client and a server to convert and/or stream videos files (3gp, avi, xvid, divx, flv, mkv, mod, mov, mp4, mpg, wmv) directly from your Android mobile device, either via wifi or 3G.
This application has been developped to convert videos from the Android iStream client application (running on your Android device) then stream them from the server when they are finally converted (which can take some time depending on the server cpu speed). A "stream on the fly" (stream videos while it is converting) option has been added later, but should need a fast server running the iStreamServer application, and a good 3G/WiFi connection.
